As a consulting business, we collect names and contact details of customers, potential customers and other essential business contacts. These data have been collected through normal business activities, e.g., face-to-face meetings where contact details have been knowingly and willingly exchanged with an expectation that they may be used in the future for marketing or other purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We will use your contact details to contact you in the following situations:
- We have information that we think you might be interested to receive.
- You have contacted us, and we are replying to you.
We do not maintain a database of contacts. Much of the data we hold is on loose business cards or saved ad-hoc in email client software or phones.
We do not send out any mass-distributed marketing email.
We will not pass any of your personal information to other parties unless we have your explicit permission.

We can delete your personal data on request if you no longer want us to hold it.
For both the above items (data request, data deletion) you must be able to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that you are the person to whom these data relate.
Website and Cookies
No transactions take place on our website; it is used only to provide information about our business.
No login is required when using our website, so under most circumstances we cannot identify individual visitors to our website.
We log the IP addresses of website visitors, which we need for our normal business operations, e.g., to investigate any security concerns. The IP address information in our log files will be retained for as long as we consider necessary.
